Happy New Year
Well day two of the New Year and I am on a mission to live a more simple life...need to declutter anything that doesn't bring joy to my life ...Vinnies here I come .
have decided not to buy anything this year that I dont need and to stop wasting not only food but also my time and energy on things that are no more than a passing fancy.
Today I will be cleaning out the fridge and making some meals with food leftover from the silly season,and then into the garage to have a tidy up in there . If I have energy left I will be getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes...fat has to go along with all the clutter .this isnt visible clutter it is just "stuff" that is stored in the garage .
I am looking forward to more space in our little home and a more relaxed lifestyle, I have been growing veges but have decided that it isnt worth it in these Queensland temperatures ,when they are at ready to eat it is when they are the cheapest to buy ..to many bugs eating the produce so will be planting flowers instead this year .I will still grow chillies and herbs though .
So now I am off to clear the dreaded fridge and get the soup on, make a quiche and dinner will go in the crock-pot as I dont think I will have the energy to cook later ..thinking sticky sausages would be nice...
